Sledging: Departing from the Nordic village on the Roche Rousse plateau, set off for a ride at the head of a team, or in the sled of the ‘dog leader’ (musher) to glide down the gentle slopes of the high altitude plateaux. You'll be able to contemplate the magnificent scenery in a dream setting alongside our Nordic companions.
A touch of Siberia, a pinch of Canada, seasoned with a touch of Lapland... and all in the Hautes-Alpes.

- Adventure trekking: sit back and enjoy a ride in the musher's sleigh on the immaculate tracks... It's the perfect family activity. You don't need to be in any particular physical condition.
- Driving lessons : (over 12 years old, helmets are not compulsory. Alpi-traineau strongly recommends that you wear a helmet)
Slide off at the head of a dog team and make your dream come true: drive your own dog team pulled by sled dogs. Whatever your level, we'll teach you the techniques of dog team driving. In a magnificent alpine setting...
After a short explanation of how to drive, we'll set off for the high plateaux. (10 years and over, helmet compulsory; minimum sliding time 45 minutes)
- 1h30 advanced sports: (for beginners aged 11 and over) depending on the quality of the snow, the outings can be powdery or dynamic, with the first turns worked on and the first sensations of speed.
- 1/2 day: (sporty touring)
A half-day outing alongside our Nordic companions, taking in the splendid panoramas at the controls of a team of 3 to 5 dogs. Approximately 2 hours of skiing (from 11 years old, ski helmet compulsory until 12 years old, minimum skiing time 2 hours).
- Courses for children: with the ‘Alpi traineau école d'altitude’ sledging school
During the February holidays, learn the job of a musher and the different techniques involved in practising it in varied and technical terrain (places are limited).
Introduce your children to the job of dog driver, through the different phases of learning and the rules of knowledge (knowing, being and doing) with the dogs and the different techniques of driving the sledge and using different equipment.
3 sessions: 1h (20‘ driving); 1h (45’ sliding); 1h30 hiking.
Please note: these criteria are based on safety and respect for my animals.
I reserve the right to refuse a departure if it does not comply with the possibilities, capacities and safety conditions for the practice of my activity.

The weight of the family must not exceed 230kg.
Prices do not include ski lift access to the site.
